I can't believe the pathetic service

I have a credit card and a personal loan with African Bank. I just called them to change the debit order date because I shall be changing jobs and the agent refused because I apparently do not have the new date on my 'calendar'. She said I should send my payslip and this is impossible seeing as I haven't started the new job. My current employer normally pays on the 20th but on the last month of service you get paid on the last day of the month, hence the request for the debit order date change. If you debit on the 20th when I have advised you that I shall not have funds I will want a refund for the bank charges that will be incurred
