I took out a Smart Policy in January 2013, and paid for a 4 year contract up front. When I called to report a windscreen chip they claimed their computer systems were down and they could not tell me how to claim for my windscreen or what the exess/limits was on my scratches claims. I left my details with the call centre. They promised I would be sms'ed with all the details I needed. 3 days later I still haven't heard anything. Pathetic service.
