PAYING FOR NO SERVICE

My car was involved in an accident and the owner of the taxi agreed to pay me for damages. I called legal and tax in March to find out if they would be of assistance should the driver stop paying and Lucky Agreed. The owner stopped paying in July. I asked my husband to ask legal and tax to call me as I am unemployed and do don't have access to a landline. Lucky called and told me to obtain the accident report which I paid for and the quote. All of these documents were sent on the 11th September 2013 at 15:06

On the 13th September he replies and requests the third parties postal address and for me to call him once done. I replied with all the details he needed and asked him to call me back since I did not have access to a landline. I received no response and decided to send another email on the17th September 2013, asking him if he received my mail and what the next step would be.

He replied and asked me to log an call. This really annoyed me as I explained my situation when he could simply pick up the phone and assist me. I understand why I have to go though all this trouble when I am paying premiums. Since the17th he replied on the 27th and said please log a call. Very rude.
