UNAUTHORISED CALL VOICE DEBIT ORDER

I've got a savings account and cheque account wit Absa bank. I recently noticed that theres been a company " Call Voice" thats been debiting R129 from my savings account without my permission, seems they even debit more that once on certain months. I have no idea who they are, what the debit is for and more so who authorized the debit on my account.

I would appreciate some assistance on this.
