I wrote a complaint about the same company about two months ago, what happenned is I enquired about some transactions that happened on my credit card early this year and they told me an investigation of was launched and as such my card was cancelled, after about 4 to 5 months not getting any feedback on the progress of the investigation even after contacting them several times I wrote to hellopeter and they responded by calling and saying they won't be investigating any longer because the transactions happened because of my negligence I must just go to the nearest branch and replace the card. I did that on the 13th August but I later found out that the very same day the card was cancelled again 'due to a pending invastigation' and I thought what investigation now? I decided to write to a consumer advocate enquiring about this and after a period of more than a month he responded by telling me the 'matter was resolved' so I must go and replace my card once more. I went to the branch today only to be told I can't have a card replacement because my account is in arrears, I asked for a detailed statement starting from march and I was sent a one page reflecting the balance.
