I'm shocked at the level of service I received from first for woman! They didn't only put my life in danger but all the other road users that crossed my path. I called in on Tuesday 24th September after being involved in a car accident a rope cut loose from a vehicle that was being towed and hit my car.
It was a traumatic experience not only for me but for my passengers, I called the emergency tow number to get my car towed and hopefully a lift home but I was advised to drive home because it was a public holiday and call in the next morning. I called in the next morning as advised and was transferred from one department to the other by unprofessional, un-empathetic customer care consultants. Finally when I got through to claims I was asked "qualifying questions" to determine whether my car qualified to be considered unsafe to drive I answered the questions honestly and was advised that my car was safe to be on the road even after advising all the consultants I spoke with that I feel unsafe. I was advised to drive it to an assessment center only to be advised when I got there by the assessor that my car is a danger not only to me but other road users my suspension looked damaged
