Promises but no delivery

I applied for a loan with them in july to be told that i must not apply anywhere else as they would assist me.
i had explained that i needed to get medication as my medical aid has been depleted. i suffer from bipolar, depression and early form of parkinsons. to this day i have not heard from them despite numerous attempts to contact them via e mail. i think it is bad service and even a worse reflection on management.
