Fedhealth not real medical aid

I suffer from poly myalgia rheumatica (severe pain spasms and swelling in many muscle groups)
also Insomnia, Bipolar and anxiety
I also have an ulcer which causes me severe pain prevents me from eating and makes me throw up at least once a day and look like I'm'6 months pregnant.
I also have a heart condition I have had 2 procedures done for it but still suffer from arrhythmia.
I pay R2170 for my son and me every month yet I have at least R100000 worth of medical debt caused by constant non payment form fedhealth.

Now I apply for chronic medication to improve my quality of life and make sure I can work and pay off my medical debts but in true fedhealth fashion declined each and every one the only medicine they do cover 100% is the cheapest non effective asthma pumps.

I would love to thank Fedhealths customer service and clinical department for ruining my life, as it is now just an ongoing pain episode.

They should be forced to change their marketing campaign they are never there for you and they are not real medical aid, they do not care about their members and their clinical department cant even take the time to each patient differently.
