MOST UPSET!!!

Ladysmith experienced severe hail damage in December last year. I lodged a claim was paid out and held on plain and simply because being a single woman I waited until the panelshop had quitened down and I could arrange for a courtesy vehicle. I yesterday took the car to the Miway accredited dealer that they had appointed. The car incidentally was assessed by Miway's assessor. Ok so here I am all ready to give the car in and pay exactly the amount that I was paid. Alas what a shock the panelbeater came and assessed the car. I get the quote today which is almost 4 times more than the amount I was paid by Miway. I have emailed Miway twice. Now where to from here???
