I applied for insurance with Kingprice for a brand new car where the deal fell through at the final stages which subsequently meant I had to cancel my proposed cover with Kingprice. I called in a couple of times and had my issue immediately given a reference number and assigned to Lelanie. I got a hold of her finally and I must say her attitude and the way she handled my issue in a 2min call flat was very impressive and encouraging. Kingprice would definitely be my number one insurance company for now in terms of service atleast... Keep up the Good work Guys!!! 1
