ITUMELENG HAS TO MUCH TOO SAY WITH NO ASSISTANCE

A day had to end with an argument, Itumeleng Kwebu treated me like I am stupid and lectured me about telephonic etiquette, she was very argumentive and had no respect non whatsoever with regards to her client. She refused to let me converse with her team leader as she was apparently waiting for an acknowledgement from me after I was on hold for more than 3 minutes initially. She is not worth the airtime spent but she waisted mine as I know that will never be compesated. With that said I will take this matter to the ombudsman and further if it has to. I want african tell me on how they charge their interest rate and what mechanism are used to update and advise the client of that information.

IF I NOT AFFORDED WITH A REMEDY ON THIS RIDICULOUS INTEREST RATE, I WILL CONTACT NCR, OMBUDSMAN, THE CONSUMER PROTECTION TRIBUNAL AND ANY OTHER CHANNEL THAT WILL THIS MATTER. THIS IS RECTLESS LENDING ACCOMPANIED BY HIGH INTEREST CHARGED. IF THIS NEED TO BE POLITICALLY CHALLENGED LET IT BE. AFRICAN BANK IS IN BUSINESS BECAUSE OF AND ITUMELENG HAS A JOB BECAUSE OF OUR CONTINUAL CONTRIBUTION TO THAT BUSINESS. I DONT WANT
