Terrible Service - Money deducted without consent

This morning, an amount of R 23 769.00 was debited from my current account without prior notice of this huge debit. When i made enquiry of this debit, i spoke to a Maria Inacio, who spoke to me in such a horrible manner. She tells me that she had left a message with my "brother" and says he SHOULD have passed the message along. When i tell her that the message was not passed on, her response was "OH SHAME".

This is such a poor reflection on the bank that I have banked with since I joined the working force. I was spoken to as if I were dirt. I had asked her for the recording of all the conversations to be sent to my email address, to which she was reluctant. She kept saying that she "knows what I'm trying to do" and refused to listen to my grievance or problem. When asking what number she had sent SMSes to, she says that it's the number on the system.
To make matters worse, FNB had moved my FNB Gold credit card to the legal department, but issued me with the statements for a Miss MM Xaba.
I am currently under debt review and it is so sad to know that FNB deals with their customers who are under debt review - The amount was debited without forewarning within 8 hours of the deposit
