Unsolved policy cancellation query

Spoke to the call center and put me trough to sales consultant that was so pose to keep me updated on cancellation calls that was made.had an query about the wrong amount that was payed in to my account.charged me an ridiculous amount for 10 days cover although i called them to cancel and nobody called back to confirm.there was agreed that there would not be an cancellation fee although it when of may account anyway and then no response from the company what so ever. Many attempts calling the company was made during the date from the 4th to the 10th January 2013.
