On the 30 December 2012 i had a at my place, i informed iwyze the following day and my claim has been hanging for a whole month now.

I get the feeling that they are finding excuses and reasons not to process the claim, my policy with them ended on the 31st December 2012, i started with a new insurance company on the 1st January 2013, maybe that is why they do not want to pay up.

Everytime they ask for information, i try to supply it as soon as i can. I am now annoyed with the service i am getting. Maybe i might have made a good decision to leave them and join another insurance company if this is the service they give to their clients.
