6 months without a car???

To be short and sweet, here's my experience of Mutual and Federal:

Your client smashed into my vehicle in July 2012. Took full responsibility and said his insurance will take care of the damaged.

In October your assessor comes and writes out an incorrect report at which I get compensated R4800 for a R32000 damage.

Not to mention these are 2nd hand parts. I mail you my grievances to which I get a generic response that you will get back to me. Its Jan 2013, what now?

Melissa Thomas (MLCD Negotiator) is very skilled at re-routing my calls around the office and "getting back to shortly". Absolutely no respect for other peoples time or money.

You are a wonderful company to liaise with, I am glad I am not your client... I would have lost a lot of money with you guys. And you forget that its peoples monthly premiums that give you a livelihood.
