No payment made to me!!! I need my money

In 2009 October after relocating to Cape Town i settled my bond with FNB Lansdowne. I paid R57k and the initial bond in 1994 was R55k.
The insurance that covered the bond should have have also stopped at that time but instead it accumulate since now to R17k which I have to pay from the excess amount that is due to me. I was told to get a divorce decree which I had to go sit at court to get a copy and fax it through. i was told last week that they have received it and payment should be mad by Friday last week. I phoned Friday and it was said another 24-48 Hours, ok. I made arrangement on Wednesday with the transfering Attorney's to sign for a new bond thinking that i would have the money from Fnb to pay for the deposit. No money was paid to me yesterday. I called them first thing this morning and was told a different story. We all know that banks has lost their purpose in this business world. they no longer do what they has promised and we as the clients have to suffer and stress and run around to fullfil their demands. I signed a substitution of debtor with Nedbank in 2001 of the default of my former spouse and she lost her half and i took sole responsibility for future premium.
