Fees and charges

Hi there,

I have been monitoring my account and I realize multiple monthly charges on my account that FNB puts. I was informed of only the monthly payment of R97 per month and now I get charged R57 credit incidet, R210 service fee and some value added fee I have no knowledge of. Can someone address this please. This is day light and bad service, I need these reversed as they were never discussed with me.
