Just never ends with Standard Bank

It just never ends with these people.
It's the one problem after the other. Once the one thing is sorted out the next thing comes up.
I went and change my account to the Elite Plus (r99 a month) account about 2-3 weeks ago. Besides the fact that I am still waiting for my gold card my service fees deducted from my account this month was double the amount. R171 I don't know is going on with Standard Bank but they in my eyes has become the most useless bank under the sun. Capitec here I come after 13 years with Standard Useless Bank.
