Require an Embassy Letter for a VISA appointment

I went to FNB Clearwater Mall for some documentation required for a VISA. For the Embassy Letter and a letter stating my power of authority on a joint account, i was put through to FNB Premier Banking (Fairlands Branch). I spoke to a gentleman called Bheki who took all my details and said he would send through the letter on Monday the 23rd of September. I still do not have the letters and with my VISA appointment on the 26th of September at 09:00 i do not have time on my side.

As a Premier Banking customer i am extremely dissatisfied with the inadequate service.
