Confirmation Letter Please!!!

I'm now waiting from Monday 15 July 2013 for a confirmation letter from FNB that my wife has signing authority on my bank account, as I believe it should be noted on FNB's system somewhere. I just need a confirmation letter confirming my account details with an additional note that states so and so (my wife's details) has full signing authority on my account. I honestly believe that this is a straight forward request, but clearly it's not?
