VISA LETTER STILL NOT RECEIVED!

I am still waiting for my VISA letter which reached Witspos Hun on the 18th of February already. I need this letter for my VISA! I have already rescheduled my VISA appointment TWICE because of this delay and I have to constantly nag to get ANY feedback from SAPO. Today they simply told me that my tracking number did not exist! READ PREVIOUS CORRESPONDANCE that's why it's included in my mails!
