Good day

I would like to report a bad service that I have received from my insurance company. I called them on the 4 Sept 2013 to report the damage that what cuase by the gate to my car and on the 5th I was refred to the panelbeaters for assessment. The following week their stystems were not working I then called again on the 12 Sept and I went throught the process with one of the consultants who then promise me that the person who was incharge of my claim will call to date no one has called but I'm expected to pay my monthly fees. This is the second time around I am receiving this bad servicce from this company. This big time.
