FNB empty promises

I've been banking with ABSA for as long as I can remember... so recently I've been advised by friends and family to switch to FNB... I went online saw what they offer... then I applied for a credit card on which I was assured that I will receive in 2 days... On the forth day I called (twice) enquiring and I was told that I will receive the card during the work... I'm not sure which day of the week is "during the week"... and now I'm not really sure if I want to switch over because clearly FNB does not deliver on their promises...
