I don't know if I am insured - No communication

I recently moved into a short term rental and placed my belongings in storage as the new house I am moving into is not ready yet.

I informed my consultant of this and was asked to fill in a form providing the details of the storage unit and I specified the risk items with me in the short term rented accommodation.

I completed the form and submitted it - and followed up twice, but I still have no response from Alexander Forbes with regards to (1) if I am insured or (2) what my premium is while this arrangement is in place.

This is serious and needs to be sorted out immediately! I do not want to be left in a situation where I am not insured because AF doesn't communicate with their clients!
