Line with terrible response time!

I am currently still holding on for the Line to answer my call. It's been over 12 minutes of waiting on my cell phone!

For the third time Standard Bank have blocked my company credit card because they suspect activity!
I run a Digital Agency and use our credit card on websites almost every day!
For the third time I sit with my card blocked and no one answering the Line. Terrible service.
