Standard bank- and poor service

Hi

I have an interest free credit card and have been charged interest on the account as it was apparently a cash plan- something that I have never heard of before. Also Standard bank refuse to let my repayments into my credit card be offset that amount. Standard bank has notorious poor service and I now have realized that they are as well. I am holding on the line while typing this complaint - have been on the line for 45mins. still on hold and no resolution!!!
