Iwant to cancell air time because i was garnished

I was garnished for by BAYPORT for cellphone contract . the contract was suppose to end on in june . i have tryed calling their collection department to cancell air time because i still get airtime even though the contract ended in june so that i will finish paying the garnishee i spoke to MELTON he said he does know anything about canceling air time he put me through to cellphone department i spoke to THEMBI she said i must hold so that she can check she kept me holding for 6minites while she was talking to someone while i was holding they were not even talking about my problem i had to put down the because she was not helping me . i need an answer i want to cancell air time because i know they have included the money for air time on the garnishee i want it to be cancelled and be subtracted from the money i was garnishee for!!! they do not understand what is customer service
