Bridge Loans misleading Customers

I have done a topup on their website and no where does it say you have to wait 3 weeks for a payout as they have a back log of payouts, now I have checked on this site and other that this is not true but a standard operating procedure of them they do not pay out loans fast they keep people to take a loan and do not even let them know that there is a waiting period on their website.

I mean who will take out a loan they only need 3 weeks down the line? I have e-mailed them and said I want my loan paid out today or I will be handing them over to the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Ombudsman, I have given them to 12 today and have not revived any reply from the person. I will now have to continue onwards to the ombudsman as this practice of theirs is not normal, and I am laying a formal complaint against this company.

I urge any readers of hellopeter to street clear of this company and I will make sure that every place I can lay a complaint against them will be notified.
