Treated like after 9 months of silence

Got a call yesterday from Khuliso in legal stating i owe them money and i have 7 days to pay from a number that resembles a cell number. I said no to submitting bank statements and a affidavit (thinking this might be a) as this is apparently the only way from sending the sheriff to my place as i am unemployed. I told him to send me the document he mentioned for a lawyer to look at to witch he replied "how can you afford a lawyer if you are unemployed"( i have a friend that happens to be a law lecturer at wits) I referd to a phone call made to me from them in December where i explained this to the lady that called. I called back after receiving the shocking email stating that i owe 33, 468.74 rand. i was then put thru 2 agents before getting back to Khuliso and then handed to his "senior" who then threatened me with putting immediate interest on the account to witch he later said he and being told that they will even take my wife's belongings. I was also told to get off the phone as its costing me money i don't have. and that the December voice-log is of no importance.

i know i reacted badly

but i am still shocked at the lack of professionalism of this entity
