I'm the Third party claimant, a truck driver decided to skip a red robot and he colidded with me, now for the company to pay its a song and dance about it. I have to beg for feed back all the time, for an accident that happened on the 07/07/2013 my car is still not fixed, and I fear if I get it fixed myself they will not re imburse me. I have decided to fix my car any way. The witness also confirmed that the truck driver was wrong but still no response. I called the call centre and I was told that he's been trying to call me, I'm surprised because if he did I would have seen all those missed calls, he has my office numbers if my cell sends him to voicemail, he's got my e-mail adress. What more would he need to get hold of me? I'm so dissapointed at the level of service that I have received.
