Quick to sell insurance, Slow to service

When I took out Home Owners Insurance with OutSurance; Ernie Pieterse (eager sales man) ensured me several times that the conditions set forth by the conveyancing attorney on behalf of the bank has been noted. Three months later the Bank has a problem with your schedule of insurance as these areas are not covered in the policy documents, as suspected.

1. Bank's interest must be noted;
2. Confirmation of the Mortgagee Clause in the policy which must include the following:
Interest of the mortgage. Ranks prior to your interest; Is limited to the amount owing to the mortgagee by you in respect of the insured private residence; Will not be invalidated by any act or omission of your is such act or omission occurs without the mortgagee's knowledge
3. Confirmation that Subsidence and Landslip cover, limited to the sum insured, is included in the policy where insisted by the bank and included in the Home Loan conditions.

I called to have it rectified as apparently no service on e-mail and was sent another load of, still not meeting the basic requirements.
