FNB a complete shambles

I posted a complaint here last week. Got the usual generic response and then no one bothered to contact me. I had to complain on the FNB FB page before someone actually bothered to call me. I've been trying to register for business banking for the past month now.
Eventually someone called, apologized and said things would be fixed chop-chop. I received an sms saying I could now go ahead and register only to not be able to because of more system errors.

FNB's new website is terrible from a UI perspective. It tries to be trendy but falls flat on its face and it has so many bugs and rats even Indiana Jones would be scared to enter it. The site should never have gone live. I wonder how many companies are struggling because of this.

My business colleague is having similar problems with his personal online banking. One big disaster!
