Total incompatence from FNB

This is a continuation of a complaint already logged, "FICA".
It's now almost a week and the account is still not FICA'd. My wife is now required to obtain a ID from a 83yr old woman that lives in a foreign country. Why should a person that lives overseas be required to supply ID to FICA an acc here? It boggle the mind that we as clients have to be put through this. And this after various people from FNB contacted my wife and told her the acc. is now sorted. Well it ain't...
This borders on the absurd and I consider it almost criminal to be treated this way.
