Not Keeping Promises

Nedbank fourways mall and your call center stuff are liars and they don't keep promises, went the on the 17th of September and promised to be paid my investment amount on the 18th of September to my surprise the amount I received was R12.05 and to make matters worse your call center agent told me that my initial request was never put through and I'll only get my money on saturday, is this the kind of service you give to clients or is it only for a select few like me? Stop misleading client and jack up your service cause it and I'm not at all happy with it would like my money today. Your name should be Never Mind Bank.
