Bad Service

Times are very tough for me.. I have been a good client keeping up with payments. I am asking MFC to skip one month of payment, they can't assist beacuse they cannot consider my reason for skipping. they cannot honour the request beacuse is falls on thier none approved requests as stated on thier mail.
The follow reasons will not be considered:

? Relocating/bying a house
? Going on holiday/ Travelling expenses
? Company strike
? Car service/car repairs
? School/ University fees
? Traditional ceremony expenses

It is sick of them that if i am having personal financial problems they can't assist...

I am warning faithful clients out there to not take car finance with nedbank.
