We made three substantial advance payments, discovered that it is kept in credit without any interest advantage to us. They were waiting for us to instruct them what to do with the money! ABSA and FNB motor finance apply the advance amounts immediately, giving the debtor the interest advantage.
No statements received from MFC since May 2013 - we are in October. Requests for statements are met with wrong documents sent - usually a schedule of payments.
My heated complaint to the agent (second call of the morning and third e-mail in two days) was met with: we do not appreciate your manner of complaint a warning that the call is recorded. I instructed him to forward my call to his superiors - maybe somebody will realize that the company provides really poor service. A broadcast of my call will also prevent other potential clients to contract with MFC. (I actually said to the agent that his company provided me with really service)
Compared to their opposition, MFC provided exceptionally poor service. I regret the day I engaged in business with them.
