Terminates finance without valid reason

On Tuesday 10 September 2013 I applied for vehicle finance, within a few hours I was approved, pending validations. According to the dealer, MFC had to validate that everything is true. No one called to confirm employment or anything, MFC just claimed that the company does not exist. The irony of the matter is that this company banks with Nedbank. The dealer supplied me with a number of MFC where I can follow up. I sent them the proof of registration, as well as the registration number, because they said if I can proof them wrong then they have to use this evidence. However, when I called to follow up, they refused to give me feedback and said that I must talk to the dealer, who can also not supply me with details.

If I was declined on other reasons, I might have understood, but if they now claim that I cannot afford it or any other reason, why was I approved in the first place, and is it then customary for MFC to to their customers?

I feel that this services is very disappointing, how can they decline on the grounds that the company does not exist and after proof is supplied, they just ignore all my further requests to find out what is happening?
