I had a general query with FNB however the service call centre was closed as it was 20:00.
I called the Card Cancellations department, just in case someone would be able to assist me and had the pleasure of speaking to Lulama Mbiza, even though she was not a product servicing agent, she went the exra mile to assist me. And provided me with all the information I required... and more!
