Nedbank

So first off I am aware that my Nedbank was behind Des first time ever. But hoe could they deducted a double payment last night through debit order. I'm furious! I made arrangements and said that the one payment that's behind I will settle this whole account before end of March. Never ever had Nedbank had a problem with me accept now this once! Please please refund one payment of R2484 back asap! I've signed a contract stipulating one inst never double!!!
