Very Rude Call Centre Lady

I just called with regards to a sms I received saying that I could qualify for a limit increase on my credit card, the rude lady advised me that I need my payslip with me as she needs exact amounts of what gets deducted, I explained what gets deducted and what not, but could not give her the EXACT amount, also explaining that the sms did not say anything about having anything handy when calling. The lady was really rude and just put the phone down in my ear. She also made it clear that I MIGHT qualify but it does not mean that I will qualify. Obviously not if she should help.

I think African Bank just enjoys wasting peoples time and money, to make calls and be bombarded by rude unprofessional people. I will rather just leave the increase instead of having to call them again and be treated like that.
