Im so annoyed. i have been wanting to buy a certain item at Game, but dont have the upfront cash, and was delighted when i got an sms saying i qualify for an account limit increase as i am an loyal paying client.

i immediately call the number provided in the SMS, and the lady tells me sorry, i dont qualify as my account was increased some months ago.
i said that i just got an sms stating i do, and she said sorry, it doesnt apply to you.

i asked to spk to the manager or someone, as i want clarity and am not happy with this excuse now given to me

i waited just under 7 minutes! no help! to be told that the manager escalated it to some other department, and i will be called.

guess what, a week later and im still waiting.

where is the service?

nowhere on the sms does it state that
1. Ts Cs apply
2. Only valid if you have not gotten an increase in x amount of months
3. Errors and Omissions apply

i want my limit increase!

i feel like not paying my account and being a bad client, maybe then they will catch a wake up.
how rude.
