It strikes me as odd having dealt with this company for the past 4 years, that now, after having serviced loans in in advance to boot, that the above-mentioned call agent tells me I have to "wait" 10 days prior to re-financing the loan.

Amazing, in the economic times we live in, you don't treasure the assets to your business! It's a simple process - NOTHING complicated - but you guys with your UNTRAINED call centre agents need to leave this work to the banks!

Maybe with all the debt amnesty going around or soon to be passed around will wake up your attitude!
