Affordability checks missing in action

Maybe someone can help me with this? So i have 2 loans one from Call Direct and one from Sanlam. This was funded by Direct Axis. All applications was done telephonicaly. Now i will ask, why did they not send me forms to fill in to do affordablity checks?
I'm in deep debt, just so that they can make money of me. You could have declined me? There is no way i could legally afford this.

Can someone please get in touch with me and send me the affordability test stating that i could afford these two loans.
