HAVE TO PAY MONEY INTO PERSONAL LOAN AFTER 2 YEARS

I took out a loan on 19/12/2011.
I went to Absa on 28/09/2012 requesting a settlement amount to be able to settle this loan.
A settlement statement was issued stating that R45 162.06 is payable before 2012/10/05 excluding the amount of R1 144.47 that is due on debit order by 01/10/2012.

Capitec paid over R45 162.06 on 28/09/2012 to the account. The debit order of R1 44.47 did not go off my account and I therefore paid R1 200 via EFT on 02/10/2012 which is R55.53 MORE THAN I OWED.

Now for DAYS AND DAYS AND DAYS your consultants are bothering me by phone telling me that I am still outstanding?
