My mother has a platinum subscription with these guys and they are happy to take the premiums off but when it comes to them acting on her behalf for a situation which has arisen, which she would like to instantiate legal action against, she is being declined assistance. What are the R160 premiums for - if it was in case she ever got sued, it would be a waste of money as she is a great person and gets on well with people.

I definitely would not recommend Legalwise to anyone as they are glad for your donations of R160 per month as long as you do not request assistance.
