Utterly disgusted

I have been a legalwise representative for a while now and the monthly premiums get deducted every month but i have gotten poor service from them all the time, 1stly they send me to a lawyer that couldnt help me and then i sent a email requesting to refer me to another email then nobody responds for more than a month, then i complain and then they quickly send me a referal letter which defeats the purpose because apparently i cant make a case against a state hospital because i waited more than 6 months..Useless... Anyway

My fiance went go see Parkers Attorneys for a labour related case on referal from Legalwise and she paid the initial consultation fee, the guy initially helped her but its been probably - a month already with no feedback.from them.

Im utterly disgusted with the overall service and we not high paid people and thats why we have legal cover, im not impressed at all. I will be getting legal cover from someone else
