I have got three complaints against Standard Bank. The first main issue is concerning the value added services offered by Stanadard Bank. I booked a service which is offered call take me home on for The Sunday the 8th of September. I requested that the driver collect us at the Coca Cola dome at half past 2 in the morning. The booking ref number was BU-RKVF. After trying to call the Call center number and been put on hold for 15 minutes
We eventually got through and was told we couldn't have the drivers phone number. I then proceeded to drive home under the influence all the way back to Alberton. The passenger in my car got a call from the driver just after 3 to say he is on the way to the dome. I am just thankful we got home safe. I did receive an apology from the call center but I am still not happy with the outcome. It's Pathetic!! The other 2 issues are regarding a refund from the beginning of August to the amount of R449.99. The Ref no: 54487476. I am still awaiting feedback on a travel wallet card that I need for an overseas trip that is coming up. All of these issues need to be dealt with immediately. I am really not used to this kind of service! Lives were put at risk!!
