I was involved in an accident on the 17 of June in July my car went in for repairs. during the process of the repairs budget kept me informed about the necessary information and in two months time I had a refund from my insurance. they have manged to to collect the money from the person who was responsible for the damage (who bumped me from behind). thank you Felicity and your team, you were very helpful in time of need.
