Thanks Mutual & Federal and Swiftcare for great service as usual.

I had an incident with my car and it couldn't be driven any further. The service received from the call centre and everyone who contacted me to make sure everything is going to plan and making sure I was contacted by the parties involved was just perfect. It's not often you find this level of service in this country.

I take my hat off you your company and staff, it's a real pleasure to deal with you. I've been a client for probably 15 years and to this day I have yet to receive anything but top level service.
