I have a Platinun Card with these people. I have been trying to stop the Top Up Debt Protection Plan on this account since the middle of August 2013.I have sent emails to this effect on 15 and 26 August and 4 September 2013 but to no avail. Today I got my monthly statement by email and again they have charged me over R300 for this month. When you try and contact the division responsible you get shunted from pillar to post. WHAT MUST I DO TO GET THIS PROBLEM SORTED CAN ANYBODY AT FNB CARD DIVISION HELP!!!
